Disclaimer: By uploading these files, I make no claim to ownership or copyright. These recordings have been acquired from publicly available sources on the Internet. While I believe many of these recordings are the best sound available, there may be better copies available of some recordings from collectors and dealers, and I encourage you to reach out to them if you are so inclined. We OTR enthusiasts owe a huge debt to those who have worked tirelessly to discover, acquire and preserve these recordings. My role here has been to organize the files I have, verify the dates, episode numbers and titles as best I could from available sources, and correct and rename the files accordingly. My goal is to ensure these excellent artistic expressions of our past are preserved for this and all future generations, and I hope that by uploading all of my files here in a uniform and organized system, they will be easily accessible for all.

Thanks, Geno, for catching the typo of Chester Lauck's name. Not sure how I missed that. I have been trying to edit the upload, but it is not letting me for some reason, probably because it is so large. When I fix the numbering, I will probably re-upload everything again in two parts.

His name was Chester Lauck, not Charles.

In the episode "171 L&A 1935-09-25 (203) Will Lum Will Skip Out On His Bail", the announcer says that the schedule will change "next Monday, October 21"
This calls into question the dates listed for almost all of the earlier episodes, and 172 and 173.

I've been an old radio show fan for quite some time, and love the variety of shows available. Lum and Abner is a great show, good clean fun, but very different from today's
idea of humor. I've was so happy to finally find easy access to all the episodes at once. Thank you. I will be listening to these when I go to bed each night for many months.
